Ranjeet Johar

 

Ranjeet has been a professional chef for over thirty years, spanning over two continents. Trained in India’s Capital, in the heat of Delhi’s finest five star hotels, he has achieved national recognition in the UK, winning the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health’s – National UK Curry Chef of the year award multiple times.

Ranjeet’s special skill is turning authentic ingredients into mouth-watering cuisine. Food for our events is freshly prepared by our own chefs but nothing leaves the kitchen without Chef Ranjeet’s approval, this has ensured that the high quality of our food has been maintained over the years.

William Bux

 

William our Head Tandoori Chef has been working with Passage to India, working for over 15 years. His attention to detail and experimental attitude towards cooking has allowed us to produce some fusion food with a real difference. William has worked for many top hotels in India and was Chef de Party for the five star Maurya Sheraton in Delhi.

William has enjoyed the buzz of travelling around and enhancing his knowledge in culinary arts in many international countries such as Bahrain, Cyprus and UAE

Harditya Kaushal

 

Harditya our Executive Chef is very enthusiastic and passionate about his Culinary creations. He’s  always happy to create new dishes experimenting with new flavours.

Harditya started work with Passage to India in 2003, he has 27 years of hotel and catering experience, having worked around the world in various countries such as Thailand, Canada, India. His level of expertise in creating exceptional dishes from India, Thailand, China, Mexico and Italy is second to none. Being an innovative chef the dishes he has created have not only satisfied the clients’ palates but also ensured the clients return for repeated events.

“Today everything is about innovative presentation, exciting flavours and originality. Our clientele are becoming more cosmopolitan and so are their tastes and expectations. When I’m not kitchen bound, I spend a great deal of time with Ranjeet composing new dishes inspired by current trends and both our travels abroad.”

Amrit Waraich

Amrit- our events manager, has been a part of the company for more than 15 years and has worked his way up to management. Starting his position as an events waiter and within a few years being put into a Passage to India management program to develop and enhance his management and planning skills.

Amit has proven to be an asset for his dedication to the events and planning, he enjoys a good challenge with no event proving to be too difficult.

Swati Verma

 

Swati our sales executive joined the company five year ago, her social skills coupled with her friendly persona has proved to be a real asset to the team and to current/prospective clients. Swati has vast experience in the hospitality industry having worked for one of India’s leading wedding planning and event management companies. Swati has a great passion for her work, which in turn means very satisfied clients.

Bhavneet Johar

 

Bhavneet has played a key role in the development of Passage to India over the years, he has taken his visions, creative skills and his knowledge in culinary arts to make Passage to India one of the leading Asian wedding caterers today.

From a very young age Bhavneet started helping his father at events, enjoying the atmosphere and demands of the events industry. At this young age he understood and recognised that this was the career path he would like to follow. Later at University he studied hotel restaurant and catering management to help him achieve his chosen career and ensure that he had the skills, knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry.

Bhavneet is very passionate about every detail, from the initial meeting with the clients to the execution of the event. He wants every event to be seamless and is as passionate about an event for 1000 guests as he is about a dinner party for 8.

Aman Johar

 

Aman, Accounts Director deals with  all financial matters.

Aman started working in the events industry from a young age as a  weekend job. He had a vision for Passage to India going on to to achieve a masters in maths which took him in to the role of an investment banker and hence his role as our accounts director.

Aman has a great personality and is always happy to help. Having a calm and approachable nature.

Conrad D’gama

 

Conrad- our events manager, joined Passage to India in October 2013, he started his career in hospitality working with a number of 5* hotels in India and the UK. Having always had the desire and passion to work in the hospitality industry Conrad has vast experience with organising corporate and wedding events.

Being very energetic & creative, Conrad enjoys the challenge of putting together an event, achieving this successfully whether it’s with years of notice or in a short time frame.

Conrad is witty, positive, enjoys  talking to the clients, listening to requirements and ultimately making their event a memorable one.

Naveed Ahmed

 

Naveed Ahmed a  Senior Events Manager started working with Passage to India  17 years ago. A  very dedicated, committed and highly trained events manager. Naveed  takes pride in his  work ensuring  the client is 100% satisfied with the level of service and food  delivered by Naveed and the team. Responsible for the team’s performance at the event Naveed works hard to train the team and keep them up to date.
