What is on an Indian wedding menu?
A typical Passage to India wedding menu runs canapés on arrival, two or three starters, a main course of three to five curries with dal, rice, raita and breads, then two or three desserts such as gulab jamun, rasmalai and kulfi. Every dish below can be mixed across menus.
Dishes marked * carry an additional cost. Prices vary with guest numbers.
